What's the minimum order?
From 20 units per garment. Smaller pilot runs are considered case by case, depending on the garment and decoration.
What if our design or logo isn't final yet?
That's normal. We start from rough direction and help refine artwork, placement, and decoration method before anything goes to production.
How long does production take?
Around 4 to 6 weeks once direction, sizing, and quantities are confirmed. Complex decoration can add time, which we flag upfront.
Can we reorder the same garment later?
Yes. Fabric, fit, and decoration specs are kept for reorders, so a later reorder matches the original run rather than starting from scratch.
